We're an out-of-network provider, which means we don't bill insurance directly. However, we can provide a detailed invoice (superbill) for you to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. Please note that Medicare does not approve reimbursement for out-of-network physical therapy. If you have Medicare, reach out to discuss whether your individual needs may still be covered or how we can best support you.
It depends on your insurance plan. Many plans offer partial reimbursement for out-of-network physical therapy. You can check with your provider or we can guide you on how to inquire.
Out-of-network care often allows for more personalized and comprehensive treatment, faster access to care, transparent pricing, and longer one-on-one sessions compared to many in-network providers.
Our clinic is located in Milford, but we also offer in-home visits. Please reach out to discuss individual travel fees that may apply.
